Friendly staff, lots of room!

My hubby and I have lived here for over a year now and we love it! There is plenty of space and the location is close enough to downtown KC to get the benefits but far enough away so that it isn't crazy busy. We REALLY appreciate how promptly snow is removed in the winter and how quickly maintenance responds to calls. The office staff is super friendly and full of character! Great place to call home.

8465 maintenance issues

I had a few maintenance issues. The man who came was also willing to look at a few other issues. He fixed them immediately. He had to go get a few things but he came back right away. There have been 0 lingering issues from the repairs. He also said he needed to find a slat for my blind. He came back the next day and knocked on door. I could not be more pleased. I can’t tell u in other places how many times someone has said they will be right back and it never happened hat day or any other!!

Love it here

I've been here a few months now and I'm so happy here, not only are the homes nice and comfy but the office and maintenance staff are awesome. Just like any home there might be an issue here or there but with one phone call it's resolved immediately. They are awesome.
